Acceptable Use and Prohibited Items

Users must not submit misleading, unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised content.
Prohibited equipment and activity
- Stolen goods or equipment the seller is not authorised to transfer.
- Weapons, ammunition or controlled items outside LotLoop's approved scope.
- Counterfeit products and intellectual-property infringements.
- Undisclosed hazardous materials, contamination or dangerous modifications.
- Equipment lacking required traceability, safety information or identity.
- Consumer goods outside the business-equipment marketplace.
- Fake listings, self-dealing intended to fabricate activity, shill bidding, fake reviews or manipulated prices.
- Malware, abusive communication, scraping that harms the service or attempts to bypass security.
Restricted categories
LotLoop may require specialist evidence or refuse medical, lifting, pressure, electrical, safety-critical, imported, modified or regulated equipment.
Enforcement
LotLoop may request evidence, pause publication, remove content, restrict accounts and preserve records where a listing or user presents a legal, fraud, safety or platform-integrity concern.
