LotLoop is not a haulier. It takes your load, route and access details to suitable independent transport providers, obtains prices, and comes back to you with one LotLoop quote for the movement. You accept or decline that quote — nothing is booked and nothing is charged before you do.
LotLoop obtains prices
Postcodes are enough to price and route a movement. LotLoop approaches appropriate independent providers and does not pass your direct contact details to them.
One quote, then your decision
You receive a single LotLoop price and its terms. The movement is carried out by an independent transport provider, not by LotLoop. The provider's identity, insurance cover, exclusions and terms are confirmed for the job before anything is booked, and you should check that the cover is adequate for your goods before you accept.
