No seller fees · No upfront listing fee

List surplus equipment

Three ways to list, depending on what you have. Whichever you choose, your submission stays private until LotLoop reviews it.

There are no seller fees. You receive the full amount you list or agree for the sale: LotLoop's buyer fee is added to the buyer's price and is never deducted from your proceeds.

What are you listing?

Three different jobs, and three different routes. Pick the one that matches what you have.

Already advertise it elsewhere?

Import existing stock

Already advertise your equipment somewhere else? Send us what you already have and LotLoop can prepare the listings for you — your used, ex-hire or clearance page, a spreadsheet or CSV, a PDF stock list, or photos.

You do not need an account to send it, and you keep selling wherever you already do. Nothing is published until you have checked it, and LotLoop takes no seller fee.

Regular equipment

List regular equipment

One item or a batch of the same thing — racking, machinery, catering kit, displays. Four short steps: what it is, photos, condition, one confirmation.

Most listings take under three minutes. Submitting does not publish it — LotLoop reviews every listing first.

Liquidation

Create liquidation inventory

For a whole company's assets. Enter that company's collection address, contact, dates and VAT treatment once, then add every asset underneath it by hand or from a spreadsheet.

LotLoop reviews the whole inventory as one submission. On approval, every asset is published as its own separate, individually purchasable listing.

Insolvency practitioners and their firms can list liquidation assets on LotLoop after a one-off verification of their professional details.

Business details required

Once your profile is complete, listing contact and collection fields will be prefilled. You can change them for a specific item.
