You keep selling wherever you already sell — your own site, wherever else you list. LotLoop is an additional channel, not a replacement, and nothing goes live until you have checked it.

Phone photos of what is in the yard, or a few lines of text. We will come back about anything that is missing.
What happens next
- We read what you send and prepare private draft listings from it — titles, manufacturers, models, quantities and prices, taken from your own words. We do not invent anything: if your list does not state a price or a condition, the draft says so rather than guessing.
- We send the drafts back to you with a short list of anything still missing, which is usually a collection postcode and photographs we are allowed to use.
- You check them. Nothing is published until you have, and LotLoop verifies the business against Companies House before anything can be listed or sold.
What this does not do
Sending us your list does not create a public listing, does not make LotLoop your agent, and does not commit you to anything. We do not buy the equipment ourselves — you stay the seller. There are no LotLoop seller fees: you receive the full amount you list or agree for the sale.
We will not copy photographs from your website into a LotLoop listing without asking you first. If you would rather we used your own images, say so and we will use the ones you send.
